Vendor's Worklist. Vendors using the MDSConnect website access their incoming orders from MDS users in a worklist that helps streamline order fulfillment.

Search & Filter. Order search and filter tools enable vendors to easily find specific files on the MDSConnect website that require their attention.

MDS Event Completion. When orders are fulfilled by vendors through MDSConnect, workflow events in MDS are completed automatically, reducing wait time for MDS users.

Excel Exporting. The MDSConnect website can export lists of TSG orders in Excel format, which can be imported into vendor systems.

Fees & Costs. The vendors' fees and costs are uploaded to MDSConnect and automatically added to the MDS users' foreclosure files, insuring accuracy and timely payment.
