MDS Overview

MDS is a highly sophisticated Windows-based foreclosure processing application that was developed using 35 years of experience in the foreclosure industry. It is tightly integrated with several enterprise components, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Imaging and Adobe PDF, allowing totally automated workflow processing and document management with absolutely no paper files required.

MDS uses Microsoft Access, Excel and Word to create documents. Each document you generate is automatically filed in the imaging database. Documents may be converted to TIF or PDF during processing, and may then be attached to emails automatically or by drag-and-drop.

Files received by email are easily imported into the MDS database and then automatically stored in the imaging database.
